Sponsorship Information for 2025
The Island Fantasy Ball and DanceSport BC will be bringing the 67th annual Canadian Closed Championships to Nanaimo for the first time. We are privileged to be hosting such a prestigious DanceSport event, the largest ever held in Nanaimo.
The event will feature the best of the best athletes in Canada vying for the top titles in Adult, U21, Youth, Junior, Senior 1 to 5 age categories and for the honor of representing Canada in the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF) World Championships. Other highlights will include Teacher/Student and Professional Show Dance Championships.
The Island Fantasy Ball and DanceSport BC are 100% volunteer-run registered non-profit organizations which promote DanceSport in BC and support amateur DanceSport athletes.

Four Full Day Weekend Passes with Premium Front Row Tickets to all 2025 CCC sessions, Four Gourmet Dinners on Saturday and Sunday evenings, Accommodation for two nights at the CCC host hotel in Nanaimo BC,
Four invitations to the VIP reception for Patrons, Partners, Dignitaries, and Invited Athletes, Four complimentary Official Souvenir Programs, Opportunity to present medals and/or trophy to the Athletes both evenings, One-page color advertisement in the Official Souvenir, Program & honorable mention on the IFB/CCC websites. Two Full Day Front Row Tickets to the 2025 CCC for either Saturday or Sunday session, Two Gourmet Dinners on Saturday or Sunday evening, Two complimentary Official Souvenir Programs, Opportunity to present medals and/or trophy to the Athletes in the evenings, Honorable mention in the Official Souvenir Program, Honorable mention on the IFB and 2025 CCC websites, Opportunity to purchase up to eight (8) extra tickets prior to tickets being made available to the general public.
Bronze Sponsorship – $500:
One Front Row Weekend Pass to all 2025 CCC sessions, One Gourmet Dinner on Saturday and Sunday evenings, One complimentary Official Souvenir Program, Honorable mention in the Official Souvenir Program, Honorable mention on the IFB and 2025 CCC websites, Opportunity to purchase up to three extra tickets prior to tickets being made available to the general public.
Trophy Sponsorship – $300:
Canadian Closed Championship Trophy sponsorship with honor to present to the Canadian Champions during evening primetime before an audience of 450 or more.
Syllabus trophy sponsorship is $250 and ongoing renewal donation of $150 per year to maintain sponsorship. In return, we offer public acknowledgement at the event and the opportunity to present your trophy each year plus acknowledgment in the event program and website.
