The Island Fantasy Ball is organized by the Nanaimo Ballroom Dance Society
and sanctioned by DanceSport BC and the Canadian Amateur DanceSport Association,
(all registered non-profit societies).

Trophy sponsorship involves the initial purchase of a perpetual trophy
at $175, and an ongoing donation of $125 per year to maintain sponsorship.
